Résumé
Une étude sur les 10 thèses en Sciences du Langage soutenues au département de Français entre 2014 et 2016 nous permet d’aborder les questionnements sur les choix des approches théoriques, sur leurs méthodologies et sur les traitements opérés.
Certains travaux se sont focalisés sur le lexique avec un outillage plus ou moins informatisé, une analyse centrée sur les textes (analyses textuelles), formelle ou sémantique, en relation avec des analyses plus sociologiques, pragmatiques, à orientation narrative ou argumentative.
Ces disciplines sont complémentaires et contribuent à l’enrichissement des aspects théoriques et méthodologiques. De manière générale, l’analyse du discours permet de rendre compte des phénomènes langagiers dans leur usage dans différents types de corpus.
Mettre en rapport les choix discursifs et les intentions des locuteurs ainsi que les effets communicatifs constitue une première étape importante des différents travaux.
En partant du constat que les doctorants ont suivi une formation universitaire au niveau d’un même enseignement théorique pendant le cursus de magistère et la première année de doctorat, l’on peut se poser la question : est-ce uniquement l’objet d’étude, le corpus, la problématique qui orientent les doctorants vers les approches théoriques et méthodologiques ? ou existe-t-il d’autres possibilités que nous envisagerions alors ?

Abstract
A study on 10 theses in Sciences of the Language supported in the Frensh départment between 2014 and 2016 us allows to approach questionings on the choices of the theoretical approaches, on their methodologies and on the operated treatments.
Certain works focused on the lexicon with a more or less computerized equipment, an analysis centered on texts ( textual analyses), formal or semantic, in connection with more sociological,
pragmatic analyses, in narrative orientation or argumentative.
These disciplines are complementary and contribute to the enrichment of the theoretical and methodological aspects. In a general way, the analysis of the speech allows to report linguistic phenomena in their use in various types of corpus.
Put in relationship the discursive choices and the intentions of the speakers as well as the communicative effects establish a first important stage of the various works.
By leaving of the report that the PhD students did a university training course at the level of the same theoretical education(teaching) during the program of magistery and first year of doctorate, we can ask the question: is it only the object of study, the corpus, the problem that direct the PhD students to the theoretical and methodological approaches? Or are there the other possibilities that we would envisage then?
