1. General Requirements

All submissions must
conform to the requirements of the APA (American Psychological Association).
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of references and citations, which
must be in APA format.

Manuscripts must be
submitted in Microsoft Word format.
·
Submit 2 copies of
the manuscript as follows:
1. Manuscript with ALL author
information clearly stated including author name(s) and affiliation.
Affiliation is usually an institution that identifies the location of the
author(s) at the time of research and should be clearly stated. No more than
one affiliation per author may be provided. Names of author(s) should include
first name, middle initial(s), and last name(s). The names of the author(s)
should appear in the order of their contributions.
2. Manuscript with ALL author information OMITTED in order to assure author anonymity and uphold the journal's double-blind standard.

information where prompted on the eJManager portal during manuscript
submission, including full name(s), affiliation(s), address, phone number, and
email.

Language and Numbers
Please write your text in proper English; American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of both.
1.2.
Length of manuscript
Journal articles and case studies should
be between 3,000 and 8,000 words.
Book Reviews should not exceed 1500
words.
Reports and critiques should not exceed 3000 words.

Line Spacing: fixed, 12 pt.
· Heading: There are 5 heading levels in APA.
3.2.
Abstract
·
A concise, brief and
accurate abstract is required (between 250-300 words).
·
The abstract should state
briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results, and major
conclusions.
·
An abstract is often
presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone.
References should therefore be avoided, but, if essential, they must be cited
in full in the abstract, without relying on the reference list.
·
The abstract should, in the
briefest terms possible, describe the:
·
General Topic –
Usually about one sentence describing the topic investigated and why it is
important.
·
Scope - One or two
sentences describing the specific question being addressed or relationship
investigated.
·
Method -One or two
sentences describing analytical methods.
·
Principal findings - One or
two sentences explaining the principle finding. Be specific and state only main
point(s).
· Conclusions- A single sentence that summarizes what you found out from results or relationship investigated.
3.3
An Arabic version of the abstracts
Upon receiving the initial acceptance, authors are responsible for providing an Arabic version of the abstract. It is the author's responsibility to make sure that the Arabic translated abstract is a correct and honest translation that represents the manuscript in the manner intended.
3.4
Keywords
Provide a maximum of 8 keywords immediately after the abstract.
4. DOIs in
References
·
The journal/publisher
encourages authors to cite those items (journal articles, conference
proceedings, book chapters, technical reports, working papers, dissertations,
etc.) that have DOIs.
·
When the cited items have
DOIs, the authors should add DOI persistent links to the regular references.
·
The DOI persistent links
should be the last elements in the references.
·
The persistent links should
be active.
·

5. Artificial
Intelligence Policy:
This policy is adapted from the academic
integrity principles and ethical standards of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman
University regarding the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) in
academic and scholarly work.
5.1 Permissible Uses. Authors may use
AI tools for:

Language editing and
grammar correction.
·
Improving clarity and
readability.
5.2 Prohibited Uses. Authors must
not:
·
List AI tools as authors or
co-authors.
·
Use AI tools to generate
entire manuscripts or substantial portions without disclosure.
·
Fabricate data, citations,
or references using AI.
·
Use AI in ways that replace
authors’ intellectual and scholarly contribution.
5.3 Responsibility and Accountability.
Authors remain fully responsible for:
·
The accuracy and integrity
of all content.
·
Proper citation and
avoidance of plagiarism.
·
Verification of any
AI-assisted outputs.
5.4 Disclosure and Undertaking Requirements
·
Disclosure: Any use
of AI tools must be clearly disclosed in the manuscript, including the name of
the tool and the purpose of use. Example: “The authors used [AI tool name] for
language editing and proofreading only.”
·
Undertaking: Upon
acceptance of the manuscript, the corresponding author must sign an undertaking
confirming compliance with the journal’s AI policy and full responsibility for
the submitted work.
5.5 Violations
·
Failure to comply with this
policy may result in rejection, retraction, or other appropriate editorial
action.
